How do I sign up?

Open the App: Launch the downloaded Spice Rummy app.
Look for Sign Up: Find a button or option that says "Sign Up," "Register," or something similar. This will initiate the account creation process.
Mobile Number: You'll likely see a registration form. Enter your valid mobile number in the designated field.
Additional Information: The app might ask for further details like a username, password, and possibly an email address. Choose a strong and unique password for your account security.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Users can Login using the OTP that will be sent to the registered mobile number.
In case you are unable to sign in, check if you have received OTP or have a better network reception.

Why can’t I login to my account?

Rules are rules! Only one account can be associated with one number on Spice Rummy. Creating multiple accounts through a single user is banned and violates our FairPlay Policy

Can I update / edit my information?

OF COURSE! Simply log into Spice Rummy and click on the ‘Edit Profile’ button where you can update/edit your name and contact info.

Does the amount in my Winnings Account have any expiry date?

No, there is no expiry for your winnings on Spice Rummy. However, we do have a timeline for Bonus Cash to be deducted from your Spice Rummy Wallet. Bonus will expire in 7 days from the day it was credited into the user's account.

All amounts credited to the user's account must be utilized within 365 days of credit. If any amount in the user’s account has been lying unused for more than 365 days from the last date of credit of the amount and the user has been inactive for last 365 days, that is, the user has not played any free game, cash game or tournament, nor made any cash deposit or withdrawal in the period of last 365 days, then Spice Rummy reserves the right to apply the terms of its Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds Policy, as specified in these Terms of Service, to that amount. Spice Rummy will send reminders to such users before applying its Inactive Accounts and Unused Funds Policy to their unused account balance.

What if the payment is deducted from my account and not updated in the Spice Rummy account?
We assure you of transparency! A common reason for this is a delay in communication from the bank’s end, or if there’s an interruption when the transaction is being processed. If such a situation arises, our admin adds the money to your Spice Rummy wallet manually. Reach out to us from our Contact Us (LINK) with a screenshot of the transaction error so that we can guide you further.

What is a Cash Bonus and how can I get it?

The Cash Bonus is a special feature on Spice Rummy. You can earn a cash bonus by using a Bonus Code while making a deposit. Remember, you can use your cash bonus to join any cash games and the winnings will be redeemable.

Can I withdraw my Cash Bonus?

The amount earned in your ‘Cash Bonus’ can only be used to play Rummy games that permit the use of bonus on Spice Rummy. This cannot be withdrawn to your bank account for any reason whatsoever.

Why do I need a PAN Card verification on Spice Rummy?

Spice Rummy is one of the few real-money gaming Platforms in India where you can win real cash legally! Your withdrawals on Spice Rummy involve transfer of money from your Spice Rummy account to your bank account, and hence PAN Card becomes a mandatory requirement as a proof of identity.

Why did my verification fail?

Some of the most common reasons for your verification to fail are mentioned below -

1 - PAN Card (mandatory) is not uploaded as id proof for verification

* Your withdrawals on Spice Rummy involve transfer of money. Therefore, PAN Card is mandatory to get your Spice Rummy account verified. We request you to upload a clear image of your PAN Card.

2 - PAN number on the card does not match with the PAN number entered during verification request

* We recommend you to cross check the PAN number that you have typed to avoid errors

3 - Date of Birth on the PAN Card does not match with the Date of Birth on your Spice Rummy account

* Please make sure that you enter the exact Date of Birth on the verification request, as it appears on the PAN Card

4 - Name on the PAN Card does not match with the name on the bank account

* You can withdraw money from your Spice Rummy account only to your own bank account. Hence, the name on the PAN Card and bank account need to match.

5 - IFSC code provided in the bank details is incorrect/belongs to a different bank branch than the one mentioned for verification purposes.

* If you provide the wrong IFSC code, your money could be transferred to someone else's account. So, make sure you enter the correct code. You can find the IFSC code in your cheque book, passbook or bank statements. If you're not sure, please contact your bank to get the correct code.

6 - The documents uploaded by you are not clear/visible

*Clear documents won’t harm anybody! Please help us by uploading clear documents so that we can verify your details quickly.

7 - Bank account number entered in verification request does not match with account number appearing on the uploaded proof.

* We don’t want your earned money going to someone else’s account! So please ensure that you enter the exact bank account number in the verification request, as it appears on the bank account proof.

WITHDRAWALS

How do I withdraw money from my Spice Rummy Account?

You can only withdraw your winnings from Spice Rummy once your account is verified (this is one time process)
Once your account is verified, you can withdraw the desired amount (min. Rs.200 and max. Rs.1,00,000 at a time) and it will be deposited into your bank account within 1 working day.

What bank account details do I need to provide for withdrawal/verification?

We need to know that the money is going to the right person! So, we need you to provide the following bank account details: Name of the bank, Name of the branch, Name of account holder, account no. and IFSC code.

You can withdraw your winnings directly to your bank account. When you place a withdrawal request for the first time, you will need to provide your bank account holder name, bank account number, and the bank’s IFSC code Or UPI ID. Please ensure that these details are correct. Spice Rummy will not be responsible if you provide incorrect or incomplete details.

Note: The bank account or UPI ID needs to be in the name of the player as submitted to Spice Rummy during KYC. Spice Rummy will not be responsible if the player’s bank/payment gateway rejects the withdrawal in case of a name/detail mismatch.

Am I allowed to play if I’m under the age of 18?
No, Spice Rummy is strictly for users who are at least 18 years of age.

Do I have to pay taxes when I withdraw money to my bank account?

Taxes are deducted at source wherever applicable and paid out by us, as per the Income Tax Act 1961. Winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions, if applicable. However, you shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable tax, including but not limited to, income tax, gift tax, etc. in respect of the Cash Prizes money won. What are the taxes applicable?

TDS is calculated only at the time of withdrawing the amount from the Winning wallet. A Standard 30% TDS will be applicable while withdrawing from the winnings wallet only when your Net Winnings (Total Withdrawals - Total Deposits) is greater than ‘0’ for that Financial year.
Also, your Profit n Loss will be reset to ‘Zero’ on 1st April at the onset of every new financial year at 00:00 Hr.

Ex: You deposited Rs 10,000 on Spice Rummy and have a Winning Balance of Rs 30,000. Now, if you withdraw Rs. 30,000, then 30% TDS will be applicable on the PnL (Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 10,000 = Rs. 20,000) i.e 30% of 20,000 = Rs. 6,000 will be deducted as TDS and rest 70% i.e. Rs. 24,000 (excluding any service fee if applicable) would be credited to your bank account.
